We chose Hawai'i because it weaves our love for the mountains and the ocean, an island retreat in everyone's bucket list, and home to the majority of the Ilocano diaspora (Nicole is a proud Ilocana). Our wedding will be held at 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay, a hideaway nestled on the cliffs of the North Shore. We know that Kaua'i is a journey, and we are incredibly grateful for the thought that you'd travel so far for our wedding. HOW DO I GET TO THE HOTEL?

Transportation on Kauaʻi is limited, so we recommend renting a car for the duration of your stay. Taxis and private car services are available with advance reservations, and rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft operate on the island but with limited availability. Most rental car companies operate out of Lihuʻe Airport (LIH).
